Our Culture

We recognise that today's market requires a corporate culture and an inclusive business environment where employees with diverse perspectives, skills and experience work together to meet customer demands. This collaborative approach brings together greater creativity and innovation.

We employ professionals from many fields including medical, legal, counselling, surveying, marketing, sales, IT, call centre management, insurance and underwriting. All share the common goal of providing first class assistance services to our clients and customers.

In addition to the staff who co-ordinate and arrange immediate assistance to our customers, we have a large team of highly trained support staff who ensure that the claims management process is as efficient as our instant response for assistance.

The mix of skills and roles combined with the company's commitment to personal development (ILM, NVQs, Investors in People, Excellence Through People and multi-skilling) has created a highly trained and motivated workforce. Our staff not only perform to a very high standard, but also receive tremendous satisfaction from the roles they perform and the service they provide.

At Aria Assistance we truly believe that our people are most definitely our greatest asset.
